High Line Division Drone Team, together with the companys Engineering Department, has developed specific integrations to provide solutions to technical needs from of our clients, along with the construction of hybrid drones with more than 3 hours of flight time, which gives us freedom of movement that, together with real-time streaming capabilities and the consequent remote monitoring of the flight of our aircraft, allows us to carry out remotely monitored inspections or surveillance tasks by professionals without the need for them to being in the scenario of operations, widely used in industrial sectors for providing technical inspections or surveillance and security services.

HLD CAMI INTEGRATION, this integration brings together very high-definition visual, infrared, and ultraviolet sensors that allow us to carry out exhaustive aerial inspections of high-voltage overhead lines. This being our main line of business and the reason for our entry into the world of drones, this integration completely developed by our research and development team, allows both visual inspection, 4K video, photogrammetry or orthophotos, as well as the detection of hot spots with thermal sensors or visualization of the Corona effect or partial discharges with the ultraviolet or corona sensor.
LiDAR RIEGL VUX-1 UAV the integration of the LiDAR sensor on a hybrid drone, the development of the programming in the on-board computer, its constant and redundant connection system to the internet and the streaming feature to our control room was a technical challenge of considerable importance, which today after thousands of kilometers of topographical surveys we almost no longer give it its importance.
BIRD DIVERTERS INSTALLER same than the aircraft, which was entirely built by HLD, the bird diverters installation system, which should be noted as a project awarded by the Iberdrola Innovation Hub for the most relevant invention and of critical importance for the protection of birdlife by being a unique system, capable of installing bird diverters on overhead power lines lines of all types of conductors, from remote distances and even when the installation is energized "In Service".
STREAMING TRANSMISSION
In High Line Division we have developed the technologies and provided the necessary equipment for remote assistance to our deployed teams and for monitoring the development of operations in remote locations from the comfort of our central offices. With the objective of developing and managing an UAV Operations Control Room, we have built it based on exponential growth, scalable capabilities at the level both for the simultaneous control of the different deployed flight teams, as well as the computational capacity of the processes, integrations with geospatial applications, computerized asset management systems and "Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence" processes dedicated to the post-processing of the data captured in the operations scenario.
The centralization of skilled technical resources in an UAV Operations Control Room allows them to be available to the different work teams regardless of where they are deployed. The support that this center can provide to a displaced team, both technical in the identification of urgent and critical failure that can lead to a major situation, as well as in asset management and even the direction and management of surveillance and security services is of an importance of unusual relevance to the customer. The professionalization of the management of the services and the final product obtained have meant that all our efforts have exceed the expectations.
