High Line Division successfully carries out a project at Cártama substation in Málaga for Red Eléctrica de España in three-phase three-column disconnectors by applying RTV silicone.
For that purpose, rotary and metal parts wrapped with plastic, and equipment is duly cleaned and dried before applying the protective RTV vulcanized coating on the electrical insulators with high-pressure airless sprayers.

High Line Division develops pilot test for installation by drones of an anti-collision device for bird protection on ground cable on 20kV line in Valencia for Iberdrola.
For this purpose, the company has developed its own development of an installation device for Saprems anti-collision beacons, integrated in an unmanned aircraft that allows the efficient and safe installation of the beacons

Construction of a semi-automatic plant for large-scale siliconization of insulators.
High Line Division designs a semi-automatic plant for large scale siliconization of insulators for dielectric protection and in-service performance improvement in high voltage lines.
The assembly takes place in the companys industrial building in Kuwait for the development of the siliconization project of more than 56,000 long rod insulators for 400, 300 & 132kV lines.
The successful commissioning allows a siliconization rate of 250 insulators per day per effective production line
